Pinchless single jointed leather bit

The lifting bit has rings in the shape of an oval. They only rotate along an axis of rotation, which avoids pinching of the corner of the lips. The olive rings offer a more direct contact with the rider’s hand for a more direct contact. The lifter provides more control through a lever on the neck. It allows the nose of the horse to be brought closer to its rider in order to improve balance and the engagement of the hindquarters.

The “pinchless” junction is used to avoid involuntary pinching of the tongue or the corners of the lips. It helps to bring confidence for the horse in the hand of its rider. It improves the horse’s connection and relaxation.

Leather is a very pleasant natural material for the horse which stimulates chewing and salivation.

Care advice: The leather should be oiled with vegetable oil every 5 uses to keep the leather supple.

Leather is a vulnerable material, it is strongly advised not to use a bit that is too damaged at the risk of injuring the horse at the level of the bars, the tongue and the palate.
