Beris Pelham bit with tongue passage, ideal due to its particular flattened shape for horses that cannot bear pressure on the tongue and who tend to defend themselves by shaking their head.
The pelham bit is used on horses that are hot, difficult to control, or have difficulty flexing the neck.
The long temples (7cm) allow a stronger leverage effect while the short temples (5cm) act more directly and quickly but are less severe.
This Beris bit is delivered with bit washers to avoid pinching at the corners of the lips but without chain bracelet.
