Samshield
Inspired by women’s hats, the Miss Shield Shadowmatt has a long visor and a ribbon-style front band. Designed on the basis of classic Shadowmatt helmets, it has the same technical characteristics (excellent dissipation of the energy produced in the event of an impact, no tipping over in the event of violent movement, exceptional ventilation, perfect fit, comfort and hygiene).
The Miss Shield Shadowmatt meets the highest safety standards in force: CE EN1384 (Europe) and ASTM/SEI (North and South America).
This helmet is customizable. Create a unique version by selecting a top, a border, a front band and a crest!
MATERIALS FOR OPTIMAL SAFETY
The outer shell of the Miss Shield Shadowmatt is made of polycarbonate, a material used for high-end motorcycle helmets. It is covered with matt anti-scratch paint.
The inner shell is made of polystyrene with variable density ensuring better dissipation of the energy produced in the event of an impact.
STABILITY
The internal foam, called liner, of the shape memory type guaranteeing a constant thickness over the years of use as well as the semi-rigid chin strap cancel any risk of the helmet tipping over in the event of violent movement.
This liner is removable and washable at will thanks to a very resistant clip system.
PERFECT SIZE ADJUSTMENT
An in-depth anthropomorphic study made it possible to design an internal shell shape generating unequaled comfort.
3 shell sizes are available: S, M, L.
Each hull can accommodate 4 to 5 internal foams of different sizes in order to obtain a perfect fit to the rider’s head.
The size grid offered goes from 52 to 61.
Thanks to this system it is also possible to support the growth of a young rider.
POWERFUL INTERNAL AIRFLOW
Equipped with a front air intake, the Miss Shield Shadowmatt helmet provides exceptional ventilation.
Fresh air is channeled from the front inlet to the extractors located at the back of the helmet, around the liner, which prevents perspiration.
This concept generates a powerful internal air flow by avoiding the use of visible and therefore unsightly air inlets: the equestrian elegance is preserved without banishing technicality and comfort.
The Miss Shield Shadowmatt is available in black, blue and brown.
The Miss Shield Shadowmatt is available with the dressage chinstrap option: this option allows women who wear the bun not to be embarrassed by wearing a helmet. This chinstrap is therefore 2.5cm shorter to allow the passage of the bun.
