Price
The prices are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, VAT included and guaranteed.
Items benefiting from a guarantee are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the article, justified by the accompanying document (invoice) which we ask you to keep carefully. Not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, non-compliance with the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.
Availability
Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or failure to meet supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and insofar as such unavailability is not attributable to HEIA. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.
It may happen that an article deemed available at the time of your order is in the end unavailable, which we will not fail to inform you of.
Payment terms
Methods of payment: on invoice at 30 days, payment by bank transfer, TWINT payment, Paypal payment.
The goods remain property of the HEIA company until full payment.
For orders abroad, payment by invoice is not accepted.
Recall costs
“According to the law, a payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Setting a payment deadline is therefore a purely commercial gesture on the part of the creditor.”
At the end of the 30-day invoice payment period, HEIA will invoice its first reminder of CHF 5.-, the second of CHF 10.- and the third of CHF 15.-, only then the legal proceedings will be launched.
Delivery and transport
Items available are sent by post within approximately 2 to 8 days, if the goods are in stock. Participation on your part is requested only once per order.
PLEASE NOTE: HEIA does not deliver its parcels to post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to minors or customers under guardianship, except with the written authorization of the parents or guardian.
Return or exchange of goods
Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels bearing their references), accompanied by the delivery note, within 10 days of receipt of your package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are offered to you. Please state the reasons for the return.
Items ordered expressly for you do not qualify for a return.
Legal warranties
Check the condition of the goods delivered without delay to exclude obvious defects in material and workmanship, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy them.
Data protection
All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies as part of the management of the order.
Modification of the CGs
HEIA may modify its General Conditions at any time.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be dealt with by the Tribunal d’arrondissement de la Broye et du Nord-Vaudois.
