Simply soak in water and squeeze out excess water. The material cools as long as it’s wet, and you can easily re-wet it to maintain the effect throughout the day.

Is the product dry when you take it out of the packaging?

Soak the product before unfolding! Only handle the product when the material is damp. Do not bend or deform the material when it is dry and hardened.
