This bit is made of a certified 100% anti-fraying twisted fiber called “Jumpe” and equipped with two anodized aluminum rings, available in three shiny colors (black, aluminum and rose gold) and with a thickness of 7 mm. The special aluminum alloy is light, durable and does not rust, giving the product the guarantee of a long service life.
The “Jumpe” material is an anti-cut and non-fraying twisted fiber, very resistant to UV rays: it does not absorb water (water repellent) and is easy to clean. Compared to the plastic or synthetic materials already known, the main advantage of the “Jumpe” is that it is almost indestructible by the bite or chewing of the horse, which makes it extremely safe and pleasant for the mouth.
The weight of this new bit is approx. 65g. The outside diameter of its rings is 80 mm, a measure which has proven to be very comfortable for the horse in this configuration. Recommended for horses that are extremely sensitive to metal and/or do not like traditional stiff bits.
The “Jumpe” bit adapts perfectly to the mouth of all horses, for more comfort and less friction compared to other metal or rubber alternatives. To avoid any risk of pinching and to further protect your horse’s mouth, we suggest using PRO SERIES gel bit washers.
