Optimal Development of Skeleton and Conformation

Clear

Supplementation with CALPHORMIN of the feed ration of pregnant mares, foal mares and growing young promotes optimal development and skeletal conformation. Unbalanced food intake is recognized as one of the potential causes of juvenile osteoarticular diseases.

CALPHORMIN contributes to the balanced supply of nutrients in the diet of young horses, whose essential role in the harmonious and solid development of the skeleton is well known. These are protein, energy, calcium, phosphorus, silicon, copper, zinc and lysine.

CALPHORMIN is unique in that it contains a balanced formulation of macrominerals, trace elements, amino acids and the beneficial contribution of sodium zeolite, a bioavailable form of silicon. Understanding essential nutrient requirements and meeting them is the basis of a correct diet for young horses.
